The MeeGo Production SW team is now looking to strengthen its competence with the addition of a Linux kernel and bootloader developer to support the MeeGo product programs in Salo. In this interesting and challenging role your tasks will include developing and troubleshooting linux kernel drivers and bootloaders used in MeeGo products.
In order to join our team, you are fluent in C and familiar with Linux kernel driver development and/or low-level hardware interfacing. You have knowledge of some low-level HW interfaces such as I2C, SPI, I2S, SSI, MMC/SD, or JTAG.
Experience in product development and interaction with open source communities is a definite plus. We’ll also appreciate your understanding of common Linux SW development tools, such as gcc, gdb, autoconf and strace. Experience with techniques used in agile software development (e.g. scrum, unit testing, continuous integration) is also considered an advantage.
