The System Utilities team is responsible for the integration, implementation and verification of positioning middleware (GPS, A-GPS, etc.) to the MeeGo platform. We are now looking for a talented software engineer to join the team. Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will be focusing on the development of SUPL (Secure User Plane Location) software solution on MeeGo devices.
To be successful in this position, you have a Master’s degree in software engineering or equivalent, and a few year’s professional experience. C and C++ programming skills are mandatory and you’re familiar with Linux based development. Agile and open source ways of working should also be familiar to you. Your English is fluent and working in a multicultural environment is natural for you. Competence in positioning techniques is optional but a positive addition.
